I have just graduated from a class at the East Bay Literacy Center in Warren. I will be teaching/tutoring ESL as soon as I can set things up with my students. The classes were awesome..I must say the facilitators Jean and Jolean are such excellent teachers! It's clear they are dedicated to their work and to the cause of wiping out illiteracy. Another Feather in my Cap
I have been informed by my esteemed colleague and friend Daniela Frumuseanu that we have been the recipients of a prize in Bucharest, Romania! Daniela entered one of our collaborative books into a juried group show at the Visual Center of the Arts, Gallery Caminul Artei. We won a prize for mixed media! Needless to say, I am most proud of our accomplishment!
